On its 14th Summer University, AEGEE-Skopje offers you two weeks of culture, history, swimming, mountain-climbing, parties and absolute entertainment! By tasting our delicious traditional cuisine and drinking some of the best wines and rakijas in the region, we’ll push you to the edge towards exploring the various forms of genuine Balkan insanity. You will visit the capital Skopje, the town of Ohrid with an amazing lake and cultural sites, and the mountainous town of Krusevo, famous for its revolutionary past. You’ll get to learn some of the Macedonian language, culture, and traditional dances, while sobering up from the previous night’s kafanas, clubs, or park hang-outs…and go at it again.

Aside from the cultural part, the team of AEGEE-Skopje has prepared various workshops with the topic of developing the youth creativity with the purpose of influencing and making a positive impact on society.

So, get plenty of sleep before you come, because the SummerRamma frenzy won’t let you while you are here!

This year AEGEE Skopje traditionally organized the 13th Summer University” Small Step 4 U, but BIG for Europe”. From 9th till 22th July, 23 young people from 16 European countries (Netherlands, Ukraine, The Czech Republic, Turkey, Poland, Spain, Russia, Hungary, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Germany and France) participated at this event.

Introducing the participants with the Macedonian culture, history, way of living, overcoming problems of cultural diversity, cultural  tolerance, conflicts, stereotypes and also having fun, were some of our main aims for this Summer University.
During this two weeks in Skopje, Ohrid, Prespa and Bitola, the participants had chance to be a part of interesting program contained of several different parts…

This year AEGEE Skopje traditionally organized the 12th Summer University, also this summer AEGEE Skopje is having its 15th birthday. Therefore this year our programme was even more interesting and gave a challenge to all the participants.
The program contained lectures, sightseeing lectures, workshops, interactive activities, evening socializing and boat cruises. Introducing the participants with the Macedonian culture, history, way of living, overcoming problems of cultural diversity, cultural tolerance, stereotypes and also having fun, were some of our main aims for this summer university.
